Note for Classification of Electronic Information Products

March 16, 2006

Section I of Article 3 of the “Administrative Measure for the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products” defines electronic information products. There are ten (10) types of products were defined. It limits (defines) the scope of the “Administrative Measure”. To help those who care about the measure to understand the meaning of definition of electronic information products, based on the ministry’s statistic economic index of electronic information industry, classification for the electronic information product classification per the scope of the “Administrative Measure” is noted below:
